Kathy Giusti, MBA 1985, isFounder and CEO of the Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation (MMRF), which hascompletely transformed the treatment landscape for this uncommon and fatalcancer and is lauded as a model for other diseases to emulate.  She willshare her unique business model, review some of the challenges she hasovercome, and share her approach to the latest obstacle – building open accessdata platforms to speed drug discovery and development.
