Employer healthcare expenses represent the second
highest cost for most organizations across the country, just behind payroll.
Over the past 20 years, the average annual increase for employer sponsored
health plans has been in the double digits. The healthcare industry has the
unique position of being both a consumer of healthcare and in some cases
providing the care itself. Our Virtual Roundtable will
l Identify the top cost drivers for employer
healthcare programs
l Discuss how organizations capture data on cost
drivers
l Discuss the impact on employers and the
opportunities they have in developing cost control programs for their employee
populations
l Review how these programs can be developed into
external products and be used by area employers
l Highlight case studies of how employers are
tackling this trend
